Cooler kart build using our bolt/weld together frame

This is the basic how-to for assembling our newest cooler kart project. This particular design is very budget friendly.

Instructions to be added at a later date, pictures may be of some help until we update this page. This build used our weld together frame and included all available options. We mounted a set of atv wheels and tires on it to give it a slicker look. We geared it for a maximum speed of around 30MPH. This gave a nice combination of speed and acceleration. There was a slight vibration in one of the front tires as we rushed our assembly and the wheel adapter was not centered up perfectly with the wheel.
